In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills working on-site in a professional and well-structured environment. You will be part of a team that values quality, efficiency and teamwork, and that is committed to the continuous improvement of its processes.

Your working day will be full-time and will be carried out in rotating shifts, which will allow you to enjoy a varied work dynamic. The shifts are organized as follows: Morning (06:00 to 14:00), Afternoon (14:00 to 22:00) and Night (22:00 to 06:00). In addition, you will have the opportunity to work from Monday to Sunday, which will allow you to adapt to a flexible and dynamic schedule.

The duties you will perform as a packaging operator include:

- Operate the assigned machines and facilities, ensuring they function optimally.

- Actively participate in identifying breakdowns or recurring problems, informing the line manager and collaborating with the maintenance team to provide relevant information regarding the issues.

- Perform format changes when necessary, including testing and adjustments to ensure the product meets quality standards.

- Supervise that the production line is correctly supplied, avoiding interruptions in the process.

- Strictly follow safety and hygiene regulations at all times, contributing to a safe and orderly work environment.

- Maintain a proactive focus on problem-solving, proposing improvements to optimize packaging processes.

- Perform periodic quality controls on the packaged products, ensuring they comply with the standards established by the company.

To perform this role, we are looking for people who meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in similar positions in the industrial or packaging sector, with experience in the beverage sector especially valued.

Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts, adapting to the established schedules.

Ability to work on-site in El Puig, Valencia, and commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Ability to collaborate as part of a team, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in the workplace.

Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance, being able to identify problems and provide solutions.

Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures, ensuring the quality of the final product.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the packaging area.
