The role

Do you have experience in offset printing and are you looking for stability in the industrial sector?

At Adecco we are selecting an Offset Printing Operator to join an important company in the graphic arts sector, specialized in the manufacture of cardboard packaging.

You will work in a highly organized industrial environment, with defined production processes and high quality standards.

What you'll do

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for carrying out offset printing jobs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and established production times.

Main duties:

Preparation, adjustment, and setup of the offset printing machine
Verification of raw materials according to manufacturing orders (cardboard, inks, plates)
Carrying out the pre-production inspection before the start of production
Supervision of the printing process during the run, ensuring product quality
Color and finish control of the printed job
Detection and reporting of technical issues or printing defects
Compliance with changeover and production times (KPIs)
Cleaning, basic maintenance, and care of the work equipment
Compliance with safety, quality, and orderliness standards on the production floor

How you'll work

Conditions:

Full-time position with weekly rotating shifts:

Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
(Night shift expected in the future: 22:00 - 06:00)

No weekend work

No overtime

Immediate start

Requirements

Experience with Heidelberg machinery is essential

Requirements

Previous experience as an offset printing operator

Experience in cartonboard / packaging / graphic arts is valued

Experience with Heidelberg machinery is essential

Intermediate and/or advanced vocational training qualification in graphic printing or similar

Experience in structured industrial environments

Proficiency with manual and/or electric pallet trucks is essential

Availability to work rotating shifts
