Printing Machine Operator – Offset / Flexography

We are looking for a Printing Machine Operator to join an end client. You will join the Engineering / Production Department at their facilities in Martorelles (Barcelona).

• Startup and adjustment of offset printing machines (web, long and short runs) and flexography to achieve maximum performance.
• Machine operation: preparation, job changeovers, plate and cylinder adjustment, registration, printing, inks and color, and parameter adjustment.
• Quality and efficiency: quality control of printing, color, registration, and density, with minimum waste and maximum productivity.
• Working with plates, anilox, doctor blades, blankets, cylinders, inks, substrates, drying and web tension systems, and resolving common printing defects.
• Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and printing faults.
• Preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Installation and startup of machinery, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting, including at client facilities.

• You will have a permanent contract.
• 100% on-site modality at the Martorelles (Barcelona) facilities, with travel to clients.

• Industrial zone with easy parking near the facilities. There is also access by public transport, although it is more convenient to go by private vehicle.
