The role

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented person eager to be part of a committed team? This opportunity is for you! Our client, a prominent company in the food sector located in Puzol (Valencia), is looking to add three potato selection and sorting operators to its team.

Your main mission will be to ensure that the selected potatoes meet established quality standards, contributing to the success of the production process. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as selecting and sorting potatoes according to their size, quality, and condition, as well as detecting and removing those that do not meet the requirements. You will also collaborate in the labeling and packaging of the product, ensuring that every detail is perfectly executed.

What you'll do

- Select and sort potatoes according to size, quality, and condition criteria.

- Detect and remove potatoes that are defective, damaged, or in poor condition.

- Label and package the product following the instructions from the production area.

- Efficiently feed and control the sorting and packaging lines.

- Manually handle sacks or boxes of potatoes, ensuring their correct arrangement.

- Support warehouse tasks, such as order preparation, palletizing, and locating goods.

- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, respecting hygiene and food safety standards.

- Comply with the quality and safety standards established by the organization.

- Perform other production-related tasks that may arise on a day-to-day basis.
