Quality operator for a plant in a food company

The role is based on the plant floor with the rest of the operators,

• Perform finished product controls as established by the quality area,

following what is established in the corresponding work instructions.

• Control effective content, pallets, and specific additional controls such as sorting,

calibre, labeling, packaging, and weight.

• Record the results of said controls, verify them in the computer system, and

report any incidents detected during the control.

• Perform the calculation and monitoring of indicators for the assigned area.
• Communicate deviations or anomalies detected in their area, work teams, and/or

facilities

• Verify product traceability.
• Check the calibre range according to the client company's specification
