The role

We are looking for Operators for Mussel Cooker in Muros, to join a dynamic team committed to quality and food safety.

What you'll do

Manual and/or mechanical cleaning of mussels.
Removal of beards and impurities.
Classification and selection of the product.
Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.
Compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food factory or industry (valued).
Having a valid forklift license is highly valued.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Availability to work in rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
Responsible attitude and commitment to the position.

Rotating Shifts (Provisional due to production circumstances): Morning week: 07:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Thursday + 17:00 to 01:00 Saturday and Sunday (Off on Friday). Afternoon week: 18:00 to 02:00 from Monday to Thursday (Off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
