What you'll do

Main duties:

-Comprehensive management of reservations through different channels (direct, OTAs and other intermediaries)

-Coordination and follow-up of online check-in and check-out

-Customer service, both in person and by phone and digitally, ensuring an excellent experience

-Resolving issues during guests' stays

-Management of invoicing, collections and payment control

Communication with travel agencies and external platforms

-Supervision of the proper functioning of the accommodations and coordination with other departments
