The role

In Barcelona, we are looking for someone eager to contribute, learn, and be part of a team that keeps the printing systems of a large organization running.

What you'll do

You will be the key support for the technical service team.
You will manage incidents, requests, and maintenance of office equipment.
You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printers.
You will install and update software to ensure optimal performance.
You will collaborate with other technical departments to resolve problems and improve processes.

Where? In Barcelona

When?

📆 Period 1: from 03/12 to 08/12 (both included).

📆 Period 2: from 23/12 to 31/12 (both included).

🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 h.

First-level incident resolution.

Equipment monitoring
User training and assistance.
Ordering consumables.
Reading counters.
Control of print queues.
Configuration of equipment drivers
Documenting incidents in company tools
Loading paper during daily equipment status checks and toner changes.

Requirements

Office automation skills
Availability for immediate start
Essential: Knowledge of networks, connectivity, TCP/IP protocols, etc.
Person with initiative, organized, methodical, and resourceful.

Temporary contract: immediate incorporation, paternity replacement contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 18:00

Salary: €19,676.56 gross per year (proportional to the period worked)
