Requirements

What we're looking for

• Qualification: degree, diploma, bachelor's degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in job counseling

• At least 3 years of experience in intervention with vulnerable groups

• Experience in intervention with youth under Garantía Juvenil

• Training management, labor market analysis, or the delivery of occupational workshops.

• Driving license B.

The role

We are looking to incorporate into our employment team in Pontevedra a person with an interim contract

What you'll do

• You will welcome and assess people in vulnerable situations who approach or make a request at Cruz Roja

• You will design, monitor, and execute socio-occupational inclusion programs for youth under Garantía Juvenil.

• You will conduct group sessions.

• You will coordinate actions with the social intervention team.

• You will prepare reports with the results of the actions you develop.

• You will prepare the semi-annual and final reports

• You will carry out intermediation and prospecting actions.

• You will analyze the local labor market.

• You will develop awareness-raising activities for the business sector regarding Equality in Employment.

• You will maintain fluid coordination with the rest of the team and manage volunteering.

• Any other tasks related to the position.
