The role

What you'll do

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities.

- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, ensuring production continuity.

- Analyze the root causes of incidents and propose improvement actions.

- Participate in the optimization of maintenance plans.

- Collaborate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

- Propose improvements to maximize equipment efficiency and availability.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the plant.

- Train operators in autonomous maintenance.

From Adecco, we select a Maintenance Technician to join the Kraft Heinz plant located in Alfaro (La Rioja). We are looking for a technical profile with experience in an industrial environment, results-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a top-tier company.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

You will be part of the maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the plant's equipment and facilities, contributing to production continuity and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Requirements

- Higher Level Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

- Previous experience in industrial maintenance.

- Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

- Experience with PLCs, frequency drives, and instrumentation.

- Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic diagrams.

- Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office).

Nice to have

- Knowledge of SAP (especially the maintenance module).

- Experience in the food industry.

- Knowledge of packaging machinery, industrial refrigeration, or automated lines.
