What you'll do

You will join as a Maintenance Technician at a prestigious private university located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.

You will be part of a maintenance team providing support to key facilities for teaching and clinical activity.

The position is key to ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities. Your responsibility will be to carry out comprehensive maintenance of the campus, ensuring efficient and continuous service.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Perform general maintenance of facilities: electricity, HVAC (heating/cooling), plumbing, masonry, locksmithing, glazing. - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Manage work orders via PDA, properly documenting all interventions.

What we're looking for

Vocational Training Level I/II or Higher Degree in maintenance (thermal, fluids, or similar specialty).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance.

Knowledge of: electricity, HVAC and cooling systems, plumbing, and masonry.

Knowledge of: electrical systems in HVAC, control, and valve systems.
