Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training or qualification in Industrial Maintenance or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, or other types of buildings and facilities.
Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, etc.
User-level knowledge of office software
Organized and responsible individual
Ability to adapt to new working methods
Service-oriented mindset
Teamwork skills

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of English or French is desirable

The role

We are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for Barcelona.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on production processes and versatile technical services in a hotel: mechanics, plumbing, air conditioning, painting, electrical installations, and communications; following the procedures established by the department head and the chain
Ensure that hotel facilities meet the quality standards expected by guests
Quickly address and resolve any maintenance-related complaints or issues
Follow and act on the hotel's annual maintenance plan, as well as hotel policies related to the department
Manage incidents and work orders in operations.
Monitor and comply with the annual plan for occupational risk prevention provisions
