Requirements
What we're looking for
If you like leaving the part perfect, you fit in here.
And now the important part: You don't need to be actively looking.
Just be curious to know if there is something better.
If you recognize yourself in this profile, let's talk. Without commitment.
It might be the change you weren't looking for, but the one you need.
What we are looking for:
Real experience as a CNC turner/miller
That you are autonomous on the machine
That you understand drawings without any problem
That you work with precision and responsibility
The rest is a plus, but this is what is important.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
€30,800 gross/year (and it can be improved if you bring more to the table)
Project with real incorporation into the company
Stable schedule (no shifts): 08:00-13:00 / 15:00-18:00
A serious, professional environment without improvisations
Stability and continuity
The role
We know that if you are a good CNC Turner/Miller, you are probably already working. That is why this is not just another job offer.
It is an opportunity to consider a better change.
At Adecco, we collaborate with a high-level technical industrial company located in Constantí (Tarragona), specializing in precision machining (dies, molds, stamps). More than 20 years of experience and a clear commitment to quality and technology.
What you'll do
What you will find: - Real technical work: no value-less mass production
- High-demand precision parts
- Modern machinery
- Autonomy in your position
- A team that knows what they are doing
You come here to perform quality machining, not just to churn out parts.
Your day-to-day: - You will work on both CNC lathes and milling machines
- You will program (G/M and/or CAM)
- You will prepare tools and fixtures
- You will interpret drawings with tight tolerances
- You will perform dimensional control (caliper, micrometer)
- Adjustments and corrections during the process
