The role
Are you looking for an opportunity that allows you to promote yourself in the sales sector?
From Adecco for the largest retail department store, we are looking for a Salesperson with knowledge for their specialized section.
What you'll do
Your mission would be:
· Provide complete advice to the customer within their area of activity, with the aim of achieving their satisfaction and loyalty.
· Advise the customer through the most appropriate channel at any given time, with the aim of offering them the products/services that best suit their needs.
· Attend to the customer diligently and resolve any issues and questions that may arise throughout the sales process, personalizing and offering positive shopping experiences.
· Detect business opportunities in all interactions with the customer, and take advantage of them always considering margin and profitability criteria, preparing the associated quotes and orders, and following up on them.
· Offer customers the services best suited to solution-based selling, such as installation, financing and home delivery, among others, managing payments at the point of sale when the occasion allows.
· Carry out the administrative management of after-sales services in order to provide an ideal service for the customer.
