The role

Do you have experience in international air traffic management within a freight forwarding company?

We are looking for an Air Import and Export Operations Specialist to join a leading company in the logistics sector located in Alcalá de Henares.

The selected person will support the integral management of international air operations, ensuring the correct tracking of shipments and coordination with clients, suppliers, agents, and airlines.

What you'll do

Duties

- Full management of air import and export files.

- Coordination and follow-up of international shipments.

- Daily contact with clients, agents, airlines, and suppliers.

- Management and review of international transport documentation.

- Monitoring of incidents and proposal of solutions.

- Control of deadlines and traceability of operations.

- Updating and maintenance of information in the management systems.

- Coordination with internal departments to guarantee the correct development of operations.

Requirements

Schedule from Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:30.

Intensive working day on Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00.

Hybrid model with 6 days of teleworking per month.

Joining a freight forwarding company.

Stable professional project with development possibilities.

Own vehicle for commuting to the company.

Permanent contract.

Salary of 26k to 28k.
