TEAM

Our retail team brings the brand to life every day, creating memorable experiences for our consumers and ensuring that every store visit reflects our passion for sport, innovation, and culture.

PURPOSE

To inspire and accompany the consumer in their shopping experience, driving sales and representing the brand values in every interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and applying the adidas service model. Contribute to meeting and exceeding store KPIs through effective sales techniques. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice. Ensure product availability through replenishment and support in Visual Merchandising implementations. Execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with Profit Protection procedures. Comply with Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and the team. Actively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment. Complete mandatory training and apply learning in day-to-day operations. Support stockroom tasks and occasionally participate in special activities such as layout changes or inventories.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment. Interest in sport, fashion, and adidas culture. English, both spoken and written. French, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued. Proactive, flexible attitude oriented toward continuous learning.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in Retail, preferably in customer-oriented fashion or sport. Basic knowledge of sports products and industry trends is desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
