Job purpose and relevance to the organization:

Contribute through your work to the profitability and achievement of store objectives:

• By ensuring that store KPIs are met or exceeded
• Executing store operations, focusing particularly on the flow of
product between the warehouse and the sales floor.
Main responsibilities:
• Knowing the individual store objectives and striving to meet or exceed them
by employing all available resources in the store
• Understanding customer needs and improving the brand experience using the
elements of the adidas customer service model
• Knowing basic product information and incorporating it into your customer
service strategy
• Creating an attractive environment for customers through the application of
Visual Merchandising criteria and maintaining the good condition of the store
• Complying with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe
work and shopping environment
• Ensuring that store products are always available to customers
by helping with their implementation and replenishing stock
• Completing sales transactions quickly and accurately, complying with
Profit Protection regulations, minimizing losses
• Complying with all Health & Safety protocols and procedures stipulated for the
performance of your duties
• Collaborating productively and respectfully with other team members in
order to meet or exceed store objectives
• Completing all mandatory training programs and translating that learning into
skills for your job
• Occasionally participating in night work such as layout changes,
specific implementations, or inventory tasks
• When the correct operation of the store requires it, you will be required to
perform sales associate functions
