Market Access Registration Specialist

Job Mission In the Market Access department, the registration specialist will ensure that our products can obtain the appropriate marketing authorizations in the different target countries and at the time the company needs them. The registration process covers all stages, from the BU (Business Unit) request to the product introduction into the market, ensuring compliance with international, national, and Adisseo regulations and standards. This position is part of the global Market Access team and reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager. Responsibilities The Regulatory Affairs person will be responsible for registering products with the support of all stakeholders from different sectors of the company. They will ensure periodic updates for the teams involved in the registration processes. They will also contribute to Adisseo in updating product data and related processes, ensuring the monitoring and performance improvement of registration processes. The registration person will defend the company's interests before our external partners and stakeholders (regulatory authorities, professional associations...) and will help the company ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and health standards. Analysis of documentation (FSC, technical data, legal documents, etc.) Translation of documents from English to Spanish and vice versa. Support in internal and external documentary processing (Chamber of Commerce, DGA, banks, notary offices...). Project management and direction of cross-functional teams. Ensure the registration of products worldwide according to the commercial strategy. Ensure periodic updates of the registration processes under their responsibility and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders. Contribute to ensuring the quality and safety of feed, as well as the regulatory and health compliance of Adisseo products worldwide. Qualifications Hard Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of health and regulatory standards applicable to the import and export of food and animal feed (valuable). Management and analysis of data and databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools. Ability to manage large volumes of data in technological systems. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Quality, Risk Prevention, Safety and Hygiene, and Food Safety standards. Knowledge of FAMI-QS standards. Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools and methodologies. Training and certifications acquired through the Annual Training Plan. Soft Skills Great attention to detail and orientation toward precision. Organizational capacity and effective time management. Ability to work in a process-oriented matrix organization. Skill to collaborate with different stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work effectively in international and intercultural environments. Academic Training University degree in Nutrition, Marketing, Law, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Food Engineering, or related areas.
