What we're looking for
At least 1 year of previous experience as a shop sales assistant in the luxury or semi-luxury fashion sector.
- Accustomed to working with KPIs (UTM, TM, CV).
- A passion for fashion.
- High orientation towards achieving objectives.

The role
We are looking to hire a sales assistant for Las Rozas Village on a permanent basis.
What you'll do
The functions you will carry out are the following:
· Attend to and advise customers, satisfying their needs and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience.
· Introduce the product to customers, including style, accessories, trends, and combinations.
· Maintain control of store stock in order to ensure its availability in terms of time and quantity.
· Perform tasks specific to in-store product management: tagging, folding, ironing, etc.
· Ensure a correct store image at all times by following the company's internal regulations.
· Comply with the achievement of set objectives.
