We are looking to add a Quality Technician Industrial to take part in projects in the industrial sector, joining a company specializing in instrumentation and process analysis, including cooling systems, at its offices in 📍Madrid (Fuente de la Mora).

What you'll do

  • Review technical specifications and define quality requirements applicable to supplies.

  • Prepare Inspection Point Programs (IPP) and quality plans.

  • Technically review supplier offers and verify compliance with established requirements.

  • Participate in kick-off, monitoring, and activity coordination meetings.

  • Review and prepare manufacturing and testing procedures, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), welding procedures, non-destructive testing (NDT), painting, galvanizing, etc.

  • Plan, perform, and coordinate inspections during manufacturing processes.

  • Manage Non-Conformities, performing follow-up on the corresponding corrective actions.

  • Review material certificates, manufacturing reports, tests, trials, painting, qualifications, and documentation associated with the supply.

  • Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

  • Release materials for delivery to the customer and coordinate their availability with the logistics department.

  • Prepare and review quality dossiers and final supply documentation.
