The role

We are looking to hire a Purchasing Technician (EPC) to participate in international projects, managing the complete purchasing and contracting process for materials and services for the group's various activities.

What you'll do

🎯 What will your mission be?

Manage the complete purchasing process associated with the group's projects and activities, from the definition of commercial conditions to the formalization of orders and contracts.

  • Prepare the commercial conditions associated with purchase requisitions.

  • Request and manage offers from national and international suppliers.

  • Analyze and perform the comparative tabulation of the offers received.

  • Negotiate the scope of supplies, contractual conditions, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts.

  • Manage the replenishment of warehouse materials corresponding to the assigned categories.

  • Provide support to sales teams in obtaining offers, costs, and supply conditions.

  • Perform monitoring and reporting of data and indicators associated with purchasing activities.
