The role

We are looking for a Construction Procurement Technician with experience in the construction sector to manage procurement, negotiation, and selection processes for suppliers and subcontractors. They will work in coordination with the site and production teams, seeking the best solutions in terms of cost, quality, and deadline.

What you'll do

Management of the procurement and contracting processes associated with different projects.

Requesting, receiving, and analyzing offers from suppliers and subcontractors.

Preparation of economic comparisons.

Negotiation of prices, conditions, and deadlines.

Contracting and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors.

Search for and approval of new suppliers.

Permanent coordination with Site Managers, Production, and Design teams.

Cost monitoring and support in the economic optimization of projects.

Control of documentation and conditions agreed upon with suppliers.
