• Student of a Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related degrees.

• Interest in process improvement, digital transformation, and the application of new technologies in business environments.

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with information and data in an organized manner.

• Proactive person, with a desire to learn, contribute ideas, and develop in a collaborative environment.

• Provide support to the team in the management and monitoring of processes related to the contracting and administration of policies, acquiring a global vision of the insurance business operations.

• Participate in the analysis and documentation of operational processes, collaborating in the identification of opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

• Support automation initiatives through Artificial Intelligence and Copilot tools, contributing to the optimization of recurring tasks within the area.

• Collaborate in the extraction, processing, and analysis of data to facilitate activity monitoring and the distribution of workloads within the team.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects oriented towards increasing the quality, traceability, and efficiency of operational processes.
