IT Developer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the development and implementation of applications based on Oracle Forms and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, advanced SQL, and query optimization, as well as experience in developing stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
• Experience in functional analysis and technical design of applications, with the ability to translate business needs into efficient technological solutions.
• Technical leadership, planning, and coordination skills for teams and projects, working in Agile environments and collaborating with different business and technology areas.
• Valuable experience in savings products, policy management, and financial operations related to the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of tools such as SQL Developer and Git or similar version control platforms.

• Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of projects and enhancements for core business applications based on Oracle technologies, contributing to the evolution of key solutions for the company.
• Collaborate on the technical definition of projects, participating in analysis, estimation, planning, and design activities aligned with business needs.
• Lead the technical execution of development initiatives, ensuring proper implementation, quality, and performance of applications.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of internal technical teams and external providers, ensuring compliance with established development and quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally with various business and technology areas, acting as a technical liaison to ensure that developed solutions meet the company's strategic objectives.
