Legal & Compliance Internship

Support for the Legal team with:

• Drafting and/or reviewing legal documents, (including commercial contracts, insurance and insurance mediation contracts, to ensure that (a) they comply with all applicable laws, (b) they incorporate all internal policy requirements and (c) they safeguard the interests of the organization.

• Preparation of legal analyses for business advice, both B2B and B2C.

• Drafting of powers of attorney, and their notarization.

• Processing of company claims.

• Management of company litigation. Preliminary assessment of the viability of the lawsuit and setting strategy with external counsel. Control of outsourced judicial proceedings.

• Administrative tasks linked to the department.

Support for the Compliance team with:

• Identification and assessment of changes in applicable laws and regulations.

• Regular monitoring and follow-up on training and/or awareness topics.

• Preparation of reports on the main impacts of regulatory changes on the Group's companies.

• Support in the preparation and maintenance of the Compliance risk map.

• Student in the final year of a Degree or currently pursuing a Master's.

• Advanced level of English.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Knowledge of case law databases is valued

• Analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with diverse groups of people.
