• Master's student in UX/UI, Digital Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.

• Knowledge of User-Centered Design and design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

• Interest in customer experience, digital products, and the continuous improvement of services and processes.

• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.

• A creative, analytical person with a desire to learn and develop in digital transformation projects.

• Participate in Customer Experience projects linked to the evolution of the Private Area, the App, and other digital channels, contributing to improving our customers' experience.

• Collaborate in the analysis and design of user-centered digital experiences, supporting the definition of customer journeys and the identification of improvement opportunities.

• Provide support in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design proposals using tools such as Figma, working alongside business, technology, and vendor teams.

• Participate in customer research, usability testing, and feedback analysis, contributing to the validation and optimization of digital solutions.

• Support initiatives related to accessibility, inclusive design, and digital innovation, gaining practical experience in transformation and customer experience projects.

The initial duration of the internship must be 6 months, with the possibility of renewal depending on feasibility at the time.
