At AERTEC, we are looking to incorporate a Digital Transformation and AI Specialist for Airport Operations to drive the digitalization, continuous improvement and automation of processes in the Aviation area. You will be part of the Airport Operations team, participating in national and international projects related to airport operations and other areas of the aeronautical sector, developing solutions based on data analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence.
We are looking for a person with experience in the aviation sector or other complex operational environments, with analytical skills, an innovation mindset and a continuous improvement vision. You will be able to identify improvement opportunities, turn operational needs into digital solutions and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, safety, security, systems and project management teams to optimize processes and support decision-making.
• Analyze airport operational processes, identify improvement opportunities and propose digital solutions aimed at efficiency, traceability and operational control.
• Design, develop or coordinate the implementation of digital tools for tracking KPIs, DORA indicators, service quality, files, contracts, incidents and operational reporting.
• Automate workflows, document tasks, approvals, recurring reports and processes using Microsoft 365 tools, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Lists and equivalent solutions.
• Design dashboards and operational reporting models using Power BI, advanced Excel and other data analysis and visualization tools.
• Apply Generative Artificial Intelligence tools in document preparation, information analysis, report generation, operational data mining and decision-making support.
