Handling Control Technician - Madrid Airport

• Required education: Secondary education (ESO) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data collection activities and supervision or monitoring of quality levels in similar airport services.
• Class B driver's license.
• Knowledge of computer tools, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Observation skills, attention to detail, and rigor in data collection.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Availability for on-site work at the airport and adaptability to shifts based on operational needs.

At AERTEC, we are looking to hire Handling Control Agents for our Operations team at Madrid airport.

The selected candidates will participate in monitoring and control activities for ground handling services, carrying out operational observation tasks, field data collection, and information recording to prepare indicators and reports. They will also collaborate in identifying and recording incidents, ensuring the quality and traceability of the information collected.

The main duties of the position will be:

• Carry out data collection and observation of handling operations in the different areas of the airport.
• Record times and indicators related to aircraft arrivals and departures.
• Monitor and collect data on baggage delivery processes, including delivery times, equipment usage, and procedure compliance.
• Monitor check-in, boarding, and arrivals hall operations through direct observation.
• Record incidents, deviations, and relevant observations detected during service delivery.
• Collaborate in collecting the information necessary to prepare quality indicators and technical reports.
• Ensure the correct collection, traceability, and quality of the information recorded.
• Move around the different operational areas of the airport to carry out the assigned monitoring activities.
