What you'll do

For our Maintenance & Engineering department, we are looking to hire a student to provide support to the store maintenance team in the Control of Preventative and Corrective maintenance and in Expense Control, using both Excel files and different specific programs for these tasks.

  • Control of preventative and corrective maintenance through Excel files
  • Use of the Salesforce program to support the Store Team and control billing
  • Support in the coordination of maintenance work for the Store Team
  • Use of the SAP program for billing: Monitoring, control, creation of POs and sending to suppliers, and reviewing possible discrepancies for expense correction.
  • Expense reports, control of preventative and corrective maintenance, etc.
  • Check the quality of the work executed
  • Monitoring of costs in maintenance, cleaning, etc.
  • Searching for cost-saving opportunities in the different branches of maintenance.
  • Ensure that third parties involved in store maintenance comply with the law, as well as the rules and procedures established by the company, in relation to occupational risk prevention and profit protection.
