End-to-End Architecture Design: Define and validate the comprehensive technical and functional architecture of complex MES projects (MES, LIMS/RD&L, APS).

IT/OT Interoperability: Design the integration strategy and real-time data exchange between the corporate level (ERP, PLM), MES platforms, and plant systems (SCADA, IoT, PLC).

Technology Governance: Establish development standards, design patterns, security regulations, and quality criteria for the entire industrial software team.

C-Level Strategic Consulting: Advise technology, operations, and plant directors (CIOs, CTOs, COOs) on their digital transformation roadmap.

Mentoring and Risk Assessment: Mentor the department's Technical Leaders, supervise critical design decisions, and mitigate architectural risks.
