What we're looking for

More than 7 years of experience in technological projects, with at least 3 years in solutions or software architecture.
Experience designing complete solutions, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
Solid knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, integration, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP, and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of backend development with Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js or Python.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as data platforms and Data Warehouse.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI/CD processes.
Security knowledge: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, encryption, and OWASP best practices.
Ability to lead technically, communicate decisions to non-technical profiles, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in pre-sales, project estimation, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

Architecture certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or TOGAF.
Experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code (IaC), and FinOps.
Cloud migration projects and modernization of legacy systems.

We are looking for a senior Solutions Architect to design complete, scalable, and secure technological solutions, transforming clients' business needs into viable technical architectures.

The selected person will participate in the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and pre-sales to design, implementation, and production deployment, coordinating development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

What you'll do

Analyze client needs and define functional and non-functional requirements.
Design end-to-end architectures that integrate applications, data, APIs, infrastructure, and security.
Define solutions based on microservices, event-driven architectures, and system integration.
Design cloud and hybrid architectures, evaluating technological alternatives according to cost, risks, scalability, and timelines.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams (C4/UML), architectural decisions (ADR), and deployment models.
Participate in pre-sales, estimations, preparation of technical proposals, and client presentations.
Support development teams, supervise implementation, and ensure compliance with the defined architecture.
Identify technical risks and technological debt, proposing mitigation and modernization measures.
Coordinate with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
