What you'll do

Technical Direction and Code Review: Lead the software development team, performing code reviews, conveying programming best practices, and mentoring junior profiles.

Architecture Design: Design, validate, and standardize the technical architecture of MES solutions and their fit with client systems.

Complex Development: Program the modules and functionalities of the highest technical complexity or criticality within the Siemens Opcenter MES / Simatic IT platforms.

IT/OT and ERP Integration: Design and configure bidirectional data integration between the plant control layer (PLC/SCADA), the MES system, and corporate ERPs (SAP).

Liaison and Level 3 Support: Act as the technical point of reference for clients and Project Managers, as well as diagnosing and resolving complex Level 3 incidents.
