Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar
- 3 or more years of experience in MES/MOM projects
- Knowledge and experience in Siemens Opcenter Process
- Experience in continuous process industries (food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, paper, or related)
- Knowledge of production processes, traceability, materials management, and quality
- Ability to interact with business and technical teams
- Sufficient level of English for international environments
Nice to have
- Experience in integration with SAP
- Knowledge of ISA-95 and MOM/MES models
- Experience in other Siemens products (Opcenter Execution, SIMATIC IT, etc.)

What you'll do
As an Opcenter Process MES Consultant, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions based on Siemens Opcenter Process, acting as a link between the production, quality, maintenance, and systems areas.
- Analysis and gathering of functional requirements on-site
- Functional design and parameterization of MES solutions based on Siemens Opcenter Process
- Definition and optimization of production, traceability, and quality processes
- Integration between MES, ERP (SAP or others), SCADA, historians, and plant systems
- Preparation of functional documentation (FDS, TDS, procedures, and manuals)
- Support for functional testing, validation, and commissioning
- Training and support for end users
- Participation in continuous improvement and industrial digitalization projects
Requirements
