The role
At AgioGlobal, we are looking for an Aseptic Skilled Tradesperson and assistant for a major company in the agri-food sector for the orange campaign.
What you'll do
Operate and supervise the functioning of the aseptic filler
Perform and control sterilization cycles (SIP/CIP).
Adjust and verify production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and filling level.
Check the correct sealing and integrity of the containers.
Coordinate the safe startup and shutdown of the line.
Detect and resolve basic operational incidents, reporting breakdowns to the maintenance department.
Guarantee the cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene conditions of the aseptic area.
Record all production parameters and quality controls necessary to ensure traceability.
Lead and coordinate the team of aseptic assistants.
Collaborate in the training of new hires.
