Air Operations Technician 24H - Ground Handling Staff

You will contribute to the smooth and efficient daily operation of the company, ensuring the proper development of ground handling operations in real time. • You will coordinate and control ground handling operations.
• You will monitor the operation of the entire network in real time.
• You will monitor operations at the Madrid HUB and manage operational incidents.
• You will perform administrative tasks related to pre-flight and post-flight management.

• Experience in ground handling and airport operations: It will enable you to work effectively in an environment requiring quick decisions and high-level coordination.
• Administrative training applied to operations: A vocational qualification (FP) in Administration or a related field will help you manage documentation and processes rigorously.
• Strong command of office tools: It will be key for monitoring operations, logging incidents, and daily coordination.
• Advanced level of English: It will enable you to communicate fluently in an international and multidisciplinary environment.

Tu trabajo será clave para anticipar incidencias, coordinar a los distintos actores operativos y garantizar que cada vuelo cumpla con los estándares de seguridad, puntualidad y calidad de una aerolínea internacional.

• Coordinarás y controlarás las operaciones de asistencia en tierra.
• Realizarás el seguimiento en tiempo real de la operativa de toda la red.
• Monitorizarás la operativa del HUB de Madrid y gestionarás incidencias operativas.
• Ejecutarás tareas administrativas vinculadas a la gestión pre flight y post flight.

• Experiencia en handling y operativa aeroportuaria: Te permitirá desenvolverte con solvencia en un entorno de decisiones rápidas y alta coordinación.
• Formación administrativa aplicada a la operativa: Una FP de grado medio en Administración o similar te ayudará a gestionar documentación y procesos con rigor.
• Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas: Será clave para el seguimiento de la operativa, el registro de incidencias y la coordinación diaria.
• Nivel alto de inglés: Te permitirá comunicarte con fluidez en un entorno internacional y multidisciplinar.
