Field and Installations Technician (f/M)

PREPARATION AND EXECUTION OF PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS, OPERATING OBJECTIVES, SCHEDULE AND MANAGEMENT

- Preparing bids ensuring compliance with customer requirements and optimal TCO.
- Efficiently managing and executing projects in accordance with the Activity's guidelines.
- Compliance with the Activity's specific procedures.
- Monitoring, controlling and analyzing project indicators. Proposing corrective actions in the event of deviations.
- Generating the technical and safety documentation required to ensure the proper handover of the installation to the maintenance teams.
- Preparing technical reports, projects and construction management documents.
- Carrying out the proper handover of installations to the Maintenance activities.
- Providing technical support to the commercial team to promote new business.
- Identifying initiatives to improve time to market and increase margin.
- Improving standards based on feedback from the Maintenance activity.
- Interfacing with internal and external customers with professionalism and appropriate sensitivity.
- Compliance with the Purchasing policy.
- Coordinating and supervising the work carried out by external companies.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND GROUP POLICIES REGARDING SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND OBJECTIVES

- Compliance with the group's external and internal regulations regarding Safety, Quality, Environment and IMS.
- Liaising with DISSI to ensure coordination of activities and generation of specific documentation regarding Safety and Regulations.
- Identifying safety and quality initiatives and comprehensive plans.
- Identifying and implementing innovations and initiatives related to improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring traceability of interventions carried out at installations in accordance with defined policies.
- Compliance with the procedures applicable to the Activity.
- Participation in internal and external audits of the Activity.
- Identifying process improvements.

- Participation in the 24-hour service and availability to provide support when necessary.
- Support to technical teams from other Activities or other geographical areas.
- Identification and communication of new business opportunities.
- Technical support to the commercial team.

- Experience 3-5 Years: Commissioning of industrial installations / - Project Management

- Control systems, instrumentation, thermodynamics, mechanics and electricity
- Industrial regulations / Legislation
- On-Site installations and processes
- Maintenance management. SAP maintenance module and M4M / New Installations Workflow
- Material compatibility and gas behavior and characteristics
- Design tools
- Business knowledge

OFERTA Y EJECUCIÓN DE PROYECTOS CONFORME A REQUISITOS CONTRACTUALES, OBJETIVOS DE OPERACIÓN, PLAZO Y GESTIÓN

- Elaboración de ofertas garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y el TCO óptimo.
- Gestionar y ejecutar eficazmente los proyectos conforme a las guidelines de la Actividad.
- Cumplimiento de los procedimientos específicos de la Actividad.
- Seguimiento, control y análisis de indicadores del proyecto. Propuesta de acciones correctoras en caso de desviaciones.
- Generación de documentación técnica y de seguridad necesaria para garantizar el correcto traspaso de la instalación a los equipos de mantenimiento.
- Elaboración de memorias técnicas, proyectos y direcciones de obra.
- Realizar el correcto traspaso de instalaciones a las actividad de Mantenimiento.
- Soporte técnico al equipo comercial para la promoción de nuevos negocios.
- Identificación de iniciativas de mejora del time to market e incremento del margen.
- Mejora de los estándares en base al feedback de la actividad de Mantenimiento.
- Realizar los interfaces con clientes internos y externos con profesionalidad y la sensibilidad adecuada.
- Cumplimiento de la política de Compras.
- Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de los trabajos realizados por empresas externas.

CUMPLIMIENTO DE REQUISITOS LEGALES Y POLÍTICAS DEL GRUPO EN MATERIA DE SEGURIDAD, CALIDAD, MEDIO AMBIENTE, SISTEMAS, PROCESOS Y OBJETIVOS

- Cumplimiento de la normativa externa e interna del grupo en materia de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente e IMS.
- Interlocución con DISSI para garantizar la coordinación de actividades y generación de documentación específica en materia de Seguridad y Reglamentación.
- Identificación de iniciativas de seguridad, calidad y planes integrales.
- Identificar e implementar innovaciones e iniciativas ligadas a mejorar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Garantizar la trazabilidad de las intervenciones realizadas en las instalaciones conforme a las políticas definidas.
- Cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables a las Actividad.
- Participación en auditorías internas y externas de la Actividad.
- Identificación de mejoras de los procesos.

- Participación en el servicio 24 h y disponibilidad para prestar soporte en caso de sea necesario.
- Soporte a equipos técnicos de otras Actividades u otras zonas geográficas.
- Identificación y comunicación de nuevas oportunidades de Negocio.
- Soporte técnico al equipo comercial.

- Experiencia 3-5 Años: Puesta en marcha de instalaciones industriales / - Gestión de Proyectos
