Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an IT Operation Specialist to support the IT infrastructure and applications for Systems Engineering (SE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environments. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of critical IT services used in helicopter design and development.

You will be part of a team in the E2E development domain, which delivers digital solutions for the entire end-to-end development process of our helicopters.

Developing complex systems like helicopters requires robust Systems Engineering as a foundational discipline to ensure we build the right product, the right way.

As part of the PSL System Engineering, you will support our core system engineering applications by continuously enhancing the platform's efficiency, reliability, and security.

• Proven experience in IT operations or systems administration, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environnement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Hive).
• Familiarity with SE/MBSE concepts and tools (e.g., DOORS, CATIA, Cameo Systems Modeler, Windchill) is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

• Ensure to maintain the IT infrastructure for SE/MBSE tools and platforms, including servers, storage, networks, and virtual environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SE/MBSE software applications and their dependencies.
• Monitor system performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Provide technical support to users of SE/MBSE tools, addressing incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures within the SE/MBSE environment.
• Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams, systems engineers, and external vendors to optimize IT services for SE/MBSE.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in IT projects related to upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations for SE/MBSE.
