Proven Experience: Track record in aircraft or aerospace systems design, ideally within an advanced R&D environment.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard CAD/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, 3DX, PLM, PASS, CPD...).
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
Team Dynamic: Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
