What do we offer you?
Internship with an initial duration of 6 months.
Working week of between 35 and 39 hours.
Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 18:15 h, and Fridays, from 8:30 to 15:00 h.
Hybrid model: 3 days in person and 2 days of teleworking.
Offices located at Paseo de la Castellana, 89, Madrid.
Study grant of €350 gross per month.
€132 per month in restaurant vouchers.

The role

To continue building this purpose, we are looking to bring on an intern to support the Finance Department, within the Accounting Area.
If you are studying and want to know from the inside how the finance area of an international company works, this could be a great opportunity to take your first professional steps.
What will you learn with us?
You will be part of the Accounting team and will collaborate, always with the guidance and orientation of your tutors, on tasks such as:
Support in the recording and accounting of supplier invoices.
Filing and organization of accounting documentation.
Monitoring of invoices and support in claims management.
Support in the control and accounting of collections from our branches.
Attention and monitoring of the Accounting area's email inbox.
Liaising with stores to resolve doubts and incidents related to collections and payment methods.
Support in the accounting of journal entries.
Collaboration in bank reconciliations.
Other administrative and support tasks for the team.
You will not be alone: you will learn from experienced professionals, receive clear instructions, and have the opportunity to progressively familiarize yourself with the processes and tools of the area.
