Requirements
What we're looking for
We would love to meet you if you are passionate about commerce, fresh products, and people, and if you have:
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a fishmonger or fish market assistant.
- Training in food handling/food safety.
- Knowledge of fish varieties and types of cuts.
- Basic proficiency in office computer tools.
- TEMPORARY CONTRACT 35H/WEEK

The role
What you'll do
As part of the store team and reporting to the Fish Market Manager, your duties will be:
- Carrying out the daily reception of merchandise (fish), ensuring quality and freshness conditions upon arrival.
- Handling, cleaning, and cutting fish, guaranteeing freshness and quality standards.
- Setting up the fish counter so that the full variety of products is accessible.
- Recommending, advising, and informing customers about product features to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Cleaning, organizing, and overseeing materials and fish handling utensils, as well as maintaining the facilities (cold rooms and drains).
- Collaborating with the Fish Market Manager in supervising tasks and managing the fish market team.
- Controlling existing stock, supporting the Fish Market Manager in carrying out inventories and orders.
