🛠 Position: Construction Site Manager

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects. We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to join the railway project: New Las Tablas Technical Station (Chamartin)

📋 Your responsibilities

Direct supervision of on-site work.
Coordination of workers and subcontractors.
Control of execution of structural reinforcements, concrete works and drainage.
Management of night shift work.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in civil works, preferably in railway.
Leadership skills on site.

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de gran impacto. Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Obra para incorporarse al proyecto de ferroviario: Nueva Estación Técnica Las Tablas (Chamartin)

📋 Tus responsabilidades

Supervisión directa de los trabajos en campo.
Coordinación de operarios y subcontratas.
Control de ejecución de refuerzos estructurales, hormigonados y drenaje.
Gestión de trabajos en horario nocturno.

🎯 Requisitos

Experiencia en obra civil, preferiblemente en ferrocarril.
Capacidad de liderazgo en campo.
