CSA Procurement Manager (Data Center)

🎯 Requirements:

• Education: Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), Technical Architecture, Degree in Building, or similar.

• Experience: Solid experience (minimum 5-7 years) in purchasing departments within the construction sector, managing CSA packages in unique buildings, industrial projects, or Data Centers.

• High technical knowledge of the CSA package (materials, equipment, and subcontractors for civil works, structures, and architecture).

• Demonstrable experience in contractual negotiation, strategic purchasing, and analysis of offers.

• Advanced handling of office tools and purchasing ERPs.

🛠 Position: CSA Purchasing Manager (Data Center)

At Aldesa, every day is an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome new challenges. We are looking for a Purchasing Manager specialized in the CSA package (Civil, Structure, and Architecture) to collaborate with us on a major Data Center construction project in Madrid.

📋 Your responsibilities:

Strategic purchasing and contracting management

• Monitoring and updating the specific Purchasing Plan for the CSA package (Civil, Structure & Architecture) of the Data Center.

• Identification of strategic purchases, analysis of trends, and raw material indices to anticipate cost impacts.

• Searching, evaluating, and qualifying suppliers and subcontractors specialized in building, civil works, structure, and architecture.

• Preparation of RFQs, technical-economic request and analysis of offers, as well as the preparation of comparison charts.

• Negotiation of prices, scopes, payment terms, deadlines, and contracts, coordinating the review of contractual clauses with the legal area.

• Technical review of project documentation, proposing alternatives and constructive optimizations with regulatory validation.

Project management, supplies, and control

• Monitoring of supplies, control of contractual deadlines, and resolution of incidents or claims with subcontractors.

• Associated document management: quality certificates, technical data sheets, bonds, and guarantees.

• Carrying out the monitoring and control of costs, contractual variations, and economic closures of the CSA package subcontractors.

• Site visits and direct coordination with execution teams when necessary.

Transversal collaboration

• Continuous coordination with Site Management, Technical Office, Production, and the Legal department to ensure correct project execution.

• Collaboration with the Studies department in bidding processes and budgetary analysis when required.
