What we're looking for

University technical education: Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Architecture, or Technical Architecture / Building Engineering degree.
Previous experience in technical office management on construction projects (experience with data centers, industrial plants, or projects with high MEP demands will be particularly valued).
Knowledge and a comprehensive overview of both the CSA (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) areas.
Leadership skills, ability to organize technical teams, and a practical approach to resolving construction issues.

If you have experience in comprehensive technical office management, coordination of CSA and MEP areas, and technical responsibility for building or infrastructure projects, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate the technical office department for the entire data center project.
Be the ultimate person responsible for the project's engineering, ensuring technical quality and compliance with design specifications.
Directly manage and supervise the technical office leads for CSA (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as the rest of the technical team.
Oversee the review, validation, and integration of executive projects, shop drawings, construction details, and technical solutions.
Coordinate the flow of technical information between the technical office, construction management, the owner, and subcontractors.
