🛠 Position: Technical Office Manager - Data Center Project

If you have experience in comprehensive technical office management, coordination of CSA and MEP areas, and technical responsibility for building or infrastructure projects, we want to meet you!

• Lead and coordinate the technical office department for the entire data center project.

• Be the ultimate person responsible for the project's engineering, ensuring technical quality and compliance with design specifications.

• Directly manage and supervise the technical office leads for CSA (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as the rest of the technical team.

• Oversee the review, validation, and integration of executive projects, shop drawings, construction details, and technical solutions.

• Coordinate the flow of technical information between the technical office, construction management, the owner, and subcontractors.

• University technical education: Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Architecture, or Technical Architecture / Building Engineering degree.

• Previous experience in technical office management on construction projects (experience with data centers, industrial plants, or projects with high MEP demands will be particularly valued).

• Knowledge and a comprehensive overview of both the CSA (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) areas.

• Leadership skills, ability to organize technical teams, and a practical approach to resolving construction issues.

🛠 Posición: Jefe/a de Oficina Técnica - Proyecto Data Center

En Aldesa, cada día es una oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar nuevos retos. Estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a de Oficina Técnica para colaborar con nosotros en el proyecto de construcción de un Centro de Datos en Vicálvaro, Madrid.

Si tienes experiencia en la gestión integral de oficina técnica, coordinación de las áreas de CSA y MEP, y la responsabilidad técnica de proyectos de edificación o infraestructuras, ¡queremos conocerte!

• Liderar y coordinar el departamento de oficina técnica de todo el proyecto del centro de datos.

• Ser el máximo responsable de la ingeniería del proyecto, garantizando la calidad técnica y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones del diseño.

• Gestionar y supervisar directamente a los responsables de oficina técnica de CSA (Estructura, Arquitectura y Acabados) y MEP (Instalaciones), así como al resto del equipo técnico.

• Supervisar la revisión, validación e integración de proyectos ejecutivos, planos de taller, detalles constructivos y soluciones técnicas.

• Coordinar el flujo de información técnica entre la oficina técnica, la dirección de obra, la propiedad y los subcontratistas.

• Formación técnica universitaria: Ingeniería (Industrial, Caminos, etc.), Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica / Grado en Edificación.

• Experiencia previa en gestión de oficina técnica en proyectos de construcción (se valorará especialmente experiencia en Data Centers, plantas industriales o proyectos con alta exigencia en instalaciones MEP).

• Conocimientos y visión global tanto del área CSA (Estructura, Arquitectura y Acabados) como de MEP (Instalaciones eléctricas, mecánicas y climatización).

• Capacidad de liderazgo, organización de equipos técnicos y enfoque práctico para la resolución de incidencias constructivas.

• Estabilidad: Contrato en un entorno laboral sólido y con proyectos de largo recorrido.

• Formación continua: Planes formativos específicos para tu rol y desarrollo profesional.

• Retribución flexible: Incluye transporte, restaurante, seguro médico, guardería y formación.

• Plan de pensiones: Conforme al Convenio Colectivo de la Construcción.
