If you have experience in comprehensive technical office management, coordination of CSA and MEP areas, and technical responsibility for building or infrastructure projects, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

  • Lead and coordinate the technical office department for the entire data center project.

  • Be the ultimate person responsible for the project's engineering, ensuring technical quality and compliance with design specifications.

  • Directly manage and supervise the technical office leads for CSA (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as the rest of the technical team.

  • Oversee the review, validation, and integration of executive projects, shop drawings, construction details, and technical solutions.

  • Coordinate the flow of technical information between the technical office, construction management, the owner, and subcontractors.

What we're looking for

  • University technical education: Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Architecture, or Technical Architecture / Building Engineering degree.
