What we're looking for

We would like to meet you if:

  • You are a Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or Building Engineer.

  • You have approximately 2 years of experience in construction execution, supervision, or management.

  • You have experience or interest in industrial building, complex installations, or critical buildings projects.

  • You can conduct yourself professionally in English.

  • You are accustomed to working with design, measurement, and construction management tools.

Nice to have

You do not need to master all these tools. It will be a plus if you have worked with any of them:

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore or similar construction management platforms.

  • Presto and Cost-It.

  • AutoCAD and Revit.

  • Regulations related to the Building Management Act (LOE).

The role

Would you like to participate directly in the construction of some of the most demanding technological projects?

At Quark - Grupo Sener, we are looking to hire a Technical Architect, Building Surveyor, or Building Engineer who wants to continue developing their career in Site Management (Dirección de Ejecución de Obra), participating in Data Center projects in the Community of Madrid.

If you have around 2 years of site experience and are looking to take a step towards projects of greater technical complexity, this could be a great opportunity to specialize in a growing sector and work alongside expert professionals in critical facilities and buildings.

What you'll do

You will be part of the team in charge of Site Management (Dirección de Ejecución de Obra), working directly on-site and closely following the evolution of the project.

  • You will supervise the execution of works on-site, ensuring their correct execution and compliance with the project.

  • You will perform the monitoring and control of materials and equipment used during construction.

  • You will participate in controlling compliance with applicable regulations, quality, and safety.

  • You will monitor construction progress, preparing reports and identifying possible deviations.

  • You will work together with the architecture, engineering, and construction teams to resolve incidents and technical challenges.

  • You will collaborate closely with the Health and Safety team.

  • You will participate in the functions associated with Site Management in accordance with the Building Management Act (Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación).

This is a position especially oriented toward someone who enjoys being close to the construction site, wants to assume increasing responsibility, and seeks to specialize in technically complex projects.

How you'll work

This is a position directly linked to project execution, therefore it requires 100% on-site presence in the Community of Madrid.
