The role

We are looking for a Technical Office Manager to support production processes, managing technical documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the correct updating of information in systems.

The selected person will play a key role in technical organization and in the correct functioning of production processes.

What you'll do

Management and coordination of production technical documentation
Drafting of manuals, procedures, and technical documentation
Preparation of reports, technical notes, and specifications
Liaison with suppliers (technical inquiries, incidents, follow-up)
Technical support to production and other departments
Management and updating of data in ERP (Navision)
Control of documentation changes and versions
Collaboration in process improvement
