🛠 Position: Civil Production Manager

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects. We are looking for a Civil Production Manager to join the execution of a new airport complex at Teruel Airport.

📋 Your responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring of work fronts.
• Organization of teams and resources on site.
• Control of performance and production.
• Coordination of the different project execution phases.
• Monitoring of safety, quality, and scheduling.

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience: +5 years in production on industrial building or civil works projects.
• Education: Degree in Engineering or similar.

• Experience in airport, industrial, or large-scale projects is valued.

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de gran impacto. Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción Civil para incorporarse a la ejecución de un nuevo complejo aeroportuario en el Aeropuerto de Teruel.

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Planificación y seguimiento de tajos.
• Organización de equipos y medios en obra.
• Control de rendimientos y producción.
• Coordinación de las distintas fases de ejecución del proyecto.
• Seguimiento de seguridad, calidad y planificación.

🎯 Requisitos:

• Experiencia: +5 años en producción en proyectos de edificación industrial u obra civil.
• Formación: Ingeniería o similar.

• Valorable experiencia en proyectos aeroportuarios, industriales o de gran envergadura.
