Ensure comprehensive management of the facility's operations, guaranteeing safety, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, infrastructure maintenance, and resource optimization, while contributing to the achievement of business strategic objectives and the highest quality standards required by the aerospace sector. 

Responsible for leading operational activities at the plant, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, sustainability, and safety. 

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the facilities, ensuring the operational continuity of the site. 
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, systems, and infrastructure. 
• Manage general plant services (energy, HVAC, safety, cleaning, waste, supplies, etc.). 
• Coordinate expansion, improvement, and modernization projects for the facilities. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding occupational safety, environment, and fire protection. 
• Ensure compliance with the quality standards and regulatory requirements specific to the aerospace sector. 
• Lead internal and external audits related to facilities, safety, and regulatory compliance. 
• Implement corrective and preventive actions derived from audits and inspections. 

• Prepare, control, and optimize the annual maintenance and facilities budget. 
• Identify opportunities for cost improvement and operational efficiency. 
• Supervise service contracts and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels. 

• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, resources, and infrastructure. 
• Lead Lean initiatives, continuous improvement, and energy efficiency. 
• Drive projects related to sustainability and environmental impact reduction. 
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure operational alignment with business objectives. 

• Act as the liaison with public bodies, local authorities, and partner companies when necessary. 
• Maintain proper relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners related to plant activity. 

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance management for facilities and infrastructure. 
• Knowledge of regulations regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, Environment, and Quality. 
• Knowledge of management systems, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies. 
• Proficiency in office tools, ERP, and CMMS/EAM systems. 
• Additional training in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management will be valued.
