Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works, Public Works, or similar.
Proven experience as a Production Manager in civil construction.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in track installation projects (Iberian/standard/mixed gauge), electrification, safety installations, or comprehensive station remodeling under Adif regulations.

The role

🛠 Position: Production Manager - Railway Sector

🚄 Project: Doubling of tracks and electrification of the Mogente - La Alcudia section (Mediterranean Corridor)

At Aldesa, we continue to expand our team with strategic projects of great magnitude. Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Production Manager to join the team in charge of the construction of the second track and electrification of the Mogente - La Alcudia de Crespins section.

What you'll do

If you have solid experience in civil and railway engineering, proven leadership, and a clear results orientation, this project is ideal for you.

Support the overall management of the railway construction, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety.
Plan and coordinate the execution of assembly work and the deployment of electrification systems.
Manage and coordinate production teams, technical staff, and specialist subcontractors in the railway sector.
Control the construction budget, certifications, measurements, and monthly closures of the assigned fronts.
Ensure strict compliance with OHS standards (especially in the railway/Adif environment), quality, and environmental standards.
Report periodically to the site manager on the project's progress and performance.
