The role

We are looking for a Civil Works Foreman to lead the production of a major urbanization project in Guadalajara. The selected person will coordinate teams, subcontractors, and site resources, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and production objectives.

What you'll do

Organization and supervision of daily execution works on site.
Coordination of internal teams, subcontractors, and machinery.
Monitoring of planning and fulfillment of production milestones.
Control of yields and optimization of resources.
Supervision of earthmoving, underground networks, sanitation, water supply, road bases, and paving works.
Management of auxiliary resources, supplies, and site needs.
Quality control of execution and compliance with technical specifications.
Supervision of health and safety conditions.
Daily coordination with Site Management and the rest of the production team.
Resolution of technical incidents during the execution of works.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Proven experience as a Civil Works Foreman in urbanization, road, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of the execution of sanitation networks, water supply, paving, and earthmoving.
Experience coordinating production teams and subcontractors.
Capacity for planning, organization, and site monitoring.
Profile with a field presence and an orientation toward problem-solving.
Previous experience in urbanization projects of high economic volume is highly valued.
A professional career developed from tradesperson, foreman, or assistant foreman positions up to Foreman positions is valued.
Driver's license and ability to travel to the site daily.
