🛠 Position: Production Manager – Railway Sector

🚄 Project: Comprehensive structural rehabilitation of the Rubí railway tunnel

At Aldesa, we continue to expand our team with large-scale strategic projects. We are currently looking to bring on a Production Manager to join the team responsible for the rehabilitation and improvement works on the Rubí tunnel.

If you have solid experience in civil and railway works, the ability to manage works on operational lines, and a clear results-oriented approach, this project is ideal for you.

📋 Responsibilities:

• Support the overall management of the railway works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety in a highly complex technical environment.

• Manage and coordinate in-house production teams, technical staff, and specialist subcontractors in the sector.

• Control the works budget, certifications, measurements, and monthly closings for the assigned work fronts.

• Report periodically to the site manager on the project's progress and performance.

Civil Works

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Works, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in civil and/or railway works.

• Previous experience working under Adif regulations is a plus.

🚄 Proyecto: Rehabilitación estructural integral del túnel ferroviario de Rubí

En Aldesa, seguimos ampliando nuestro equipo con proyectos estratégicos de gran envergadura. Actualmente, buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Producción para formar parte del equipo encargado de las obras de rehabilitación y mejora del túnel de Rubí.

Si tienes una sólida experiencia en obra civil y ferroviaria, capacidad para gestionar obras en vías en explotación y una clara orientación a resultados, este proyecto es ideal para ti.

📋 Responsabilidades:

• Apoyar en la gestión integral de la obra ferroviaria, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costos, calidad y seguridad en un entorno de alta complejidad técnica.

• Gestionar y coordinar los equipos de producción propios, técnicos y subcontratas especialistas del sector.

• Controlar el presupuesto de obra, certificaciones, mediciones y cierres mensuales de los frentes asignados.

• Reportar periódicamente al jefe de obra sobre la evolución y rendimientos del proyecto.

Obra Civil

• Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Ingeniería Civil, Obras Públicas o similar.

• Experiencia contrastada como Jefe/a de Producción de obra civil y/o ferroviaria.

• Valorable experiencia previa trabajando bajo normativa Adif.
